It's 7:51 pm and I'm in my PJ's

So I may have had a kidney stone. . . and maybe I didn't. The doctor wasn't too concerned so that means neither am I, right? It hurt, like you know what. I went to the hospital in good ol Muskegon and got an IV (2nd time in my life) and was hooked to a fetal monitor and also blood work and urine and I even threw up. I didn't throw up when I went through labor with Grace. So as you may guess, it was pretty bad. My mom was threre the whole time and Eric was stuck in Saginaw waiting for my sister to call with the newest bits of info. (No cell phones in the Hospital) I went home a bit apprehensive not wanting to leave with the pain, but there wasn't much they could do unless I went into labor, which of course, I didn't. Baby's still here, kicking me. They gave me Moriphene in the hospital which I was assured was okay for the little one, and if I could have I would have taken a bottle home with me. That stuff's gooooooood. Well, I was fine until thursday of last ...

Can this be me?

So, I was thinking about me, Can I truly be the person that I am? I can't tell you how much I really think about things. I over think, I ponder, I worry and then I think some more. Why, as my daughter would say. And maybe that's why I think so much. I have to answer her question ten times before she'll let it go. I know as an adult that she only wants me to give up and let her have what she wants, but I still try to answer. Sometimes I say "because I said so" but that drives me nuts after I say it. Back to thinking, I was thinking that maybe I should stop that and just do, whatever it is that I'm trying to think about. You know, do first and think later. I can't honestly think (there I go again) of a time that I just did it, without thinking. Maybe it'll be my new philosophy. I'll reject thinking and only do. Then I wouldn't be me and no one else would be them, to me at least. Can mid-life be 28? I think my crisis just started. or, I'm abo...

I realized why I decided to have children. . .

She's actually vaccuming! She loves it and I don't. This might work out for the better after all. And despite all that I think I might keep her simply because she does this, Leave them alone for too long and they find ways to amuse themselves. Including playing with the camera, hense these pictures, She really is quite the photographer. I think I'll put in a call to National Geographic.

Bring me Back

So I was trying to customize my Yahoo radio station and I found something a little alarming. I was able to find more artists in the Adult Contemporary and Soft Pop Genres than any other. . . Anyone??? Have you sat down lately and taken a look at what you've become. I'd like to think that at one point in my life I thought that my Mom was the only one who would listen to Adult Contemporary. I dare say I wouldn't have even scrolled down the list ten years ago. Ten years ago, think about it. Ten years. . . What has happened? Where has it gone, and by it I mean everything me us whatever Do this for me. Think back ten years and think of the funny things that only you would remember, and also the things that you shared with the most important people in your life, who may just not be in your life anymore. . . Where did it go? "Fall in love with your Life." Not just today, but everyday you've had and everyday you will have. Thanks

What to do

So I love my dog, I really do. She's sweet and loving and wags profusly when we come home, but. . . She did this the other day And I don't know how to make her stop jumping, now that she's bigger than Grace when she's on her hind legs. When did she get so big? Needless to say, Grace got over it and her face will heal. One more thing I sould mention is that I wanted to take a Christmas picture for our cards to send out to Family and Friends. Well, I think I got the lighting just right and you can't really tell she has two black eyes. . . Don't call CPS on me

Not so funny bone

You might laugh, I just hit my funny bone on the desk. Why is that funny? Can anyone tell me why I'm reeling in agony, but honestly find it funny. Are all bones this way? Are there only certain "funny" bones, or are there mad bones and sad bones too? Okay, I think I'm done laughing, and it doesn't hurt too much anymore.
This picture was taken over the summer. She doesn't look much different, except that those pants would look like shorts on her now. She's got very long legs. We got these same bikes at daycare and the kids love them. Do you think that my tall drink of water could peddle? No, she just can't seem to figure it out. Is there some sort of class for that? Better luck next year
